Pūriri Cross Country

 Congratulations to everyone who participated and completed our 2022 cross country. This year's event was held at school and was longer than last year's so well done to all our tamariki.

Here are the first 6 placegetters for Pūriri Team:

Year 3 Boys: 1st- Bruce R20, 2nd- Jack R19, 3rd- Harper R20, 4th- Ataullah R20, 5th- Max R20, 6th- Nathan R20

Year 3 Girls: 1st- Beatrice R18, 2nd- Jasmine R19, 3rd- Alisha R20, 4th- Elise R19, 5th- Olive R18, 6th- Arya R18

Year 4 Boys: 1st- Leo R21, 2nd- Pablo R22, 3rd- Finley R21, 4th- Peter R21, 5th- Spencer R21, 6th- Niko- R21

Year 4 Girls: 1st- Michaela R22, 2nd- Maddy R22, 3rd- Furtuna R21, 4th- Sarah R21; 5th- Cati R16; 6th- Lilou R22

The first 3 placegetters in Year 4 girls and boys will be competing in the Eden Albert Cross Country at the Domain on Tuesday 21 June.

    Everyone can be proud of their efforts during the Cross Country this week. I was also impressed with how the children supported other runners while they waited for their race - ka pai Ōwairaka!
