FutureFERNS Winter Netball, at Windmill Park courts, starts in Term 2. 

Maria Mudgway, Room 21, is organising teams for Years 2, 3 and 4.
Nicole Mills, Room 24, is organising the Year 5 - 6 teams.

Eden Albert Cricket Tournament Team

We are very proud of our two cricket teams who represented Owairaka at the Eden/Albert tournament at Cornwall Cricket Club. All the students involved set themselves goals, overcame challenges and grew enormously in confidence during trainings, and especially on the day. We are particularly proud of the teamwork and sportsmanship that the teams showed. 

Sincere thanks to grandparent, Charles Nicholls, for helping with coaching and umpiring the team. Also, many thanks to the other parents who helped with transport and supporting the teams on the day.
