Eden / Albert Cross Country

 Congratulations to our amazing cross country team who competed at the Eden / Albert Cross Country this morning. We were so proud of your effort and team spirit, great Ōwairaka ambassadors.

Today's team and their placings were:

Year 4 - Sarah, Madeline, Leo 20, Finley 15 and Pablo 9

Year 5 - Sophie 16, Nora 15, Brody 5, Artem 16 and Arnie 15

Year 6 - Jasmine 7, Liberty 22, Maddy 27, Josh 11, and Jude 22

Thank you to our Mums who helped transport the team and to Heidi, Leonie and Hannah who helped with marshalling on the course.

Pūriri Cross Country

 Congratulations to everyone who participated and completed our 2022 cross country. This year's event was held at school and was longer than last year's so well done to all our tamariki.

The first 3 placegetters in Year 4 girls and boys will be competing in the Eden Albert Cross Country at the Domain on Tuesday 21 June.

Strikers Netball

 Winter Netball is well under way at Windmill Park. Here are a couple of photos from the Strikers Team that were sent in by one of their proud mums. The team only had 6 players this week so they all played a full game. Phew! Well done to Kapiri, who was this week's player of the day.
